Coaching

Training to become a Practical Magic Facilitator and EFT Practitioner helped me to bring together the many skills, modalities, areas of expertise and life experiences I'd gathered on my personal journey.  Coaching has become a natural extension of how I offer my medicine to others who need support.  

I have created a unique coaching modality that combines the power of the Practical Magic Activation Deck and other oracle decks with EFT, Energy Medicine, Somatics and Breathwork.

Together we will work on developing your mind-body connection, accessing your own intuition, empowering your breath, activating your body's energy systems and shifting your awareness in order to illuminate the wounds and limiting beliefs that hold you back. The end result is you stepping into your power and creator self and choosing to live your most vibrant life on your terms.
